The winery was founded by Alexandr Hulata Sr. Today he is retired and the baton has been passed to his sons Zdeněk and Alexandr Jr., who have started to move the winery in a new direction. After 15 years of systematic rebuilding of the farm buildings, we gradually worked our way to the excavation of an underground cellar in the sandstone rock. There, in a labyrinth of interconnected passageways over 100 metres long, selected wines are bottled and aged. Our winery now has an annual production of around 60,000 litres of cask and bottled wine and processes grapes from three hectares of its own vineyards and from purchases from local wine growers. Our vineyards are located in the vicinity of Němčičky. We planted Pinot Gris, Tramín, Pálava and Muscat Moravský varieties in the Filiberk line between 2008 and 2012. In the Puclejt - Kolberk line, the old vineyards were renewed in 2013 with new plantings of the Hibernal variety. In 2016 we planted interspecific ( or - li Piwi ) varieties Savilon, Solaris and Erilon. The journey from grapes to wine is done in modern technology from Wottle. Some of the wines are aged in oak and barrique barrels.
