The LAHOFER Winery was founded in 2006 as the direct successor to První znojemská vinařská, a.s. Over the past two decades, it has established itself as one of the leading wine producers in the Znojmo wine subregion. A significant milestone came in 2020, when the winery opened its new headquarters on the U Hájku vineyard—an architecturally exceptional building featuring a distinctive concrete wave-like amphitheater, designed by the Chybík + Krištof studio. The building quickly became an icon of modern winemaking architecture as well as a cultural center for the region.
