About the winery
The winery was established in September 2012. The aim is to produce high quality, single varietal wines from grapes that ripen in our vineyards. All the wines produced must first be tasted by us before we can offer them to you, our valued customers. The flagship of the winery is the "royal variety" Riesling. We also place great emphasis on red varieties. The wines are highly appreciated at domestic and international wine competitions.
In the direction from Kyjov, the B\V winery is located on the left side, right at the very beginning of Milotice. From the other side, at the end of the village, the right side.

The winery was established in September 2012.
The B\V winery manages a large part of the local vineyards in Ratíškovice and its surroundings. The following grape varieties can be found in the vineyards for the production of white (Riesling, Riesling Welsh, Sylvan Green, Neuburg, Veltliner Green, Hibernal, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muscat of Moravia, Tramin Red, Sauvignon, Müller Thurgau) and rosé and red wines (Pinot Noir, Franconia, André, St.)
The winemaking process respects current trends and the historical experience of our ancestors. The processing of our own grape production is carried out using the most modern winemaking technologies and focuses mainly on high quality wines of high quality. A large part of the production is aged in oak barrels and extends the range of wines with the premium RESERVA range.
The cellar farm is currently located in the historic building of the former chateau granary in Milotice, which dates back to the early 18th century, when the Baroque reconstruction of the local chateau reached its peak.
