About the winery
The company was founded in 1990. Today the family business employs 10 people, we have built 2 guesthouses and a large shop of wine and farm supplies. The winery is taken care of personally by the owner of the company, Mr. Zbyněk Kopeček, whose philosophy is to create pure wines, as much as possible corresponding to the type of variety and adapting to the vintage. In warm vintages, to preserve the residual sugar and thus mainly to maintain a reasonable volume of alcohol in the wine. His credo is: The wine must be enjoyable.
