The winery of Karl and Peter Reichman developed from a hobby in 1996 on the basis of a long family tradition. Today it has four employees. 15 ha of vineyards in the lines of Išperky, Sůdný, Nadzahrady, Nové hory and Lizniperky are managed under the direction of Karl Reichman in the most environmentally friendly way. The varietal composition of the successively planted vineyards has been adapted to local conditions. Some of the grapes come from vine growers in the surrounding area. The winery has grown rapidly in recent years. In 2005, by adding an adjacent cellar, it expanded the original premises and gradually began to build additional cellar facilities. Today, the Reichmans have three interconnected cellars that include production and presentation areas and a guest house. The cellar, which is Peter Reichman's domain, is equipped with controlled fermentation for white wines and stainless steel tanks. Red wines are aged and aerated in oak and acacia barrels before bottling. Wine production combines traditional and modern vinification methods. Prestigious cuvées are the highlight of the range. The Blue Mountains cuvée is aged for several months in oak barrels and consists of 60% Franconia and 40% Blue Portugal, with grapes sourced from vineyards throughout the Blue Mountains region. In the VP cuvée, the equal components are Riesling and Veltliner from the Nové hory area - this is a traditional, now almost forgotten combination of the two most widespread grape varieties in Velké Pavlovice. The Reichmans have a certification of wine tourism services and are included in the Cyclists Welcome project. The winery includes a guesthouse with a swimming pool and bike rental. Wines are available from the cellar and in their own e-shop for prices starting at 60 crowns. The winery provides a wine delivery service.
