WINERY František Foretník had a winery in his family from time immemorial "even as an old man he used to bring dragúnom wine to Hodonín". The winery farms 2 hectares of its own vineyards in the Padělky area and buys some of the raw materials from vineyard growers in the surrounding area. František Foretník is one of the few winemakers with vineyards in integrated production. In the coming years, we plan to plant new vineyards with interesting varieties that will delight many taste buds with their quality and uniqueness. Interesting are also cuvées of white and red varieties from old vineyards, which will surprise us with their uniqueness and refinement, brought to us by the wines from Šardice. WINE STORE Thanks to the complete machinery, the work in the vineyard and cellar farm goes well. The grapes are processed using the latest technology, the white wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, the red wines in wooden barrels. Selected varieties are trained in barrique barrels. The wines produced are in the categories of quality varietal wine, stamped wine, late harvest, selection of grapes, selection of berries, straw and ice. The specialty of the company is the new blue variety Agni and Syrah. WINE Varietal composition: Agni, Neronet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Moravia, Modrý Portugal, Frankovka, St. Laurent, Alibernet, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Tramin Red, Chardonnay , Riesling, Sauvignon, Muscat Moravian. Cuvées of white and blue varieties from old vineyards. ACCOMMODATION - ACTION The wine cellar offers guided and free tasting for up to 20 people. Accommodation for 5 people, with parking and bicycle storage. A wine trail leads around the cellar. The winery presents itself throughout the year at wine festivals in the surrounding area.
