About the winery

The family winery belongs to the most important traditional producers of Moravian wines with declared origin, which specializes mainly in the production of luxury wines known under the brand CHÂTEAU VALTICE. These Moravian wines have been among the best domestic and international wines for several decades, as evidenced by frequent successes at national and international renowned exhibitions. Among the most important recent successes of this winery are the first ever red Champion of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic 2016 and the title of Winery of the Year 2014.

It is a family-run company with deep Moravian roots and traditions. For several years the winery has been successfully operating under the leadership of Antonín Št'astný and his two sons Marek and David. They build their business on the consistently high quality of their wines based on two basic attributes. The first is a stable ownership structure - the company has the character of a family winery. The second is the company's own vineyards and quality raw material - grapes for wine production.
