Grapes for wine production are processed with modern technology (stainless steel mill and pneumatic press) - after pressing, the must is decanted by flotation and then fermented with improved yeast. Fermentation is carried out by means of controlled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is stored in stainless steel and plastic tanks. For the production of red wine we use the method of fermentation in open vats with manual stirring.
Establishment
The basis for the establishment of the winery was the long-standing work of Mr. Jaroslav Chrenka until 2013.
Radek Bůšek worked with his grandfather since 2006 and Josef Polách since 2011.
After the death of his grandfather, his grandsons took over the work in the vineyard and cellar and founded the Chrenka Family Winery - the name of the winery bears the memory of his grandfather Jaroslav Chrenek.
Currently, the winery is run by Radek Bůšek with the constant help of Josef Polách.
