About the winery

The philosophy of our company is simple: to transform ourselves and nature and earn a living through honest daily work. Nature teaches us to marvel at its beauty and at the same time teaches us humility. The adversity of weather and natural conditions gives us ample opportunity to experience that we are not masters of it. The four seasons on the vineyard give our lives a rhythm. We try to pass on our love of work, people and the nature we depend on to our four children.

You can taste the entire range of wines at the Open Cellars Mutěnice event in April or the Open Cellars in Hovorany in July. Another wine event is the March through the Slovak Vineyard, which is held on the second Saturday in October in Mutěnice, where you can also taste our wine.

This year they have switched to using a new type of bottle. For white wines we used threads for the first time. We hope you will appreciate their advantages. Also new is the frizzante. This year made from Cabernet Moravia rosé and Pinot Blanc. It is a fine sparkling wine that is bottled under pressure. The wines are refreshing with a lower alcohol content, also suitable for summer cocktails or drinks. And last but not least, our grape must - a sip of nature - 100% grape juice, made exclusively from freshly pressed grapes grown in harmony with the environment. Preservation is done only by pasteurization, i.e. without chemicals. According to the law, the label must state that it contains sulphur dioxide, but only because sulphur dioxide is used in our premises and in the premises where the must was produced, but we do not add it to the must itself! Grape juice contains a large amount of vitamins and minerals. You can consume the juice directly or add it to mixed hot and cold drinks. It can be diluted up to 1:3. But according to taste, it depends on how much you like sweet. Again, this is our favourite, proven Cabernet Moravia bred for our region of Moravia. You can taste it in different forms, without alcohol (must), with moderate alcohol (frizzanté), classic red wine and with higher alcohol content (dessert wine), as you like.
