About the winery
A wine with a heart full of hope and creativity. Our vineyards are located in the Hrubé pole vineyard - the wine-growing village of Ratíškovice. The suitable soil structure, together with the warm climate of the so-called Moravian Sahara with minimal rainfall, provides an excellent basis for the ripening of both white and blue grape varieties.

The St. Barbara Winery is located in the heart of the former mining area and continues the family tradition of growing grapes in Ratíškovice. St. Barbara, the patron saint of all miners, still brings hope for a better tomorrow into our lives. Speciality v nabídce
We planted about 9 hectares of new vineyards, of which 3.6 hectares had their first virgin harvest in 2017. Among the white varieties, Chardonnay, Hibernal, Muscat of Moravia, Pálava, Sylvan Green, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon are emerging. These white varieties are complemented by Zweigeltrebe, the only representative of the blue varieties.
