About the winery
Our family winery produces wines from grapes grown in our own vineyards on an area of 4.5 hectares. We produce dry and semi-dry wines and we are certified as producers of organic wines The winery is located in one building together with a guesthouse and a cellar for seating, where in addition to wine you can also taste our home cooking

We founded our winery in 1997. We advocate organic viticulture, our vineyards are treated without the use of pesticides. Green work and harvesting are done by hand We produce our wines in a traditional and natural way. Our wines have the pure varietal character and uniqueness of the Hustopeč vineyards. For the more demanding, we offer spontaneously fermented wines that are aged for several months on fine yeast lees in wooden barrels without the use of sulphur dioxide.
