About the winery
In 2001 the wine association BONUS EVENTUS was founded, of which I am a member. Production of the highest quality, quality, special wines using reductive agrotechnics in the vineyards and gentle processing of grapes.
On the D2 motorway (Brno - Breclav / state border). Leave the motorway at Breclav (exit 48) and continue towards Hodonín (road 1/55). At the intersection of U Husára motor inn, leave road 1/55 and turn left. After 2 km the village of Hrušky follows. The winery is located on the road to Moravská Nová Ves about 100m from the fire station on the left.

The vineyards of the Čapek family cover an area of about 5 hectares, mainly in the village of Josefov, on the unique vineyard track Kukvička. In this area, apart from the traditional white varieties, blue varieties also thrive well, which enables the production of high-quality red wines.
The vineyards are managed using modern agrotechnical practices (Riesling-Hessen management, short cutting, de-leafing, grape reduction), which allows the production of wines of the appellation category even in less favourable years. All the vineyards are also part of integrated vine production in the Czech Republic, which in practice means a reduced number of chemical applications.
