Winery Stanislav Vitek

Family winery founded after 1989. Production of quality wines from own vineyards in the wine-growing villages of Perná, Dolní Dunajovice and Březí. Processing takes place in the cellar in a domestic environment. Stanislav Vítek is a proponent of traditional methods, but most of his wines are produced using classical technologies, including the use of selected yeasts, controlled fermentation or bacterial acid degradation, where he lets his daughter intervene in part of the production. The winery produces about 3,000 bottles a year.
