Wine as a hobby and a life passion. After graduating with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the Faculty of Horticulture (2011-2016), I decided to revive the land my dad gave me and plant a vineyard in an atypical wine region, grow grapes and make my own great wine.
The vineyard is located in the village of Rájec (Borovnice - Rájec), direction from Chocně to Kostelec nad Orlicí, the establishment is in the chateau in Doudleby nad Orlicí
Establishment
Planted in 2017, the vineyard is located outside the official wine-growing area and the wines are marketed under the label Czech Land Wines. The grapes at harvest achieve the qualities and sugar content of the appellation wines. We produce natural wines without the addition of sulphur dioxide (Kvevri and Pét-Nats), sparkling wines, as well as conventional wines (but still with minimal sulphur content).
