Blažek Winery

Our small family winery can be found in Dolní Bojanovice. We are engaged in the production of land and quality wines with the attribute. Our cultivated varieties include: riesling, sauvignon, red traminer, riesling walnut, chardonnay, palava, frankfurter, merlot, dornfelder. We reduce the harvest in the vineyards to ensure a high quality of wines. All grapes are hand-picked. In the production of wines we take care to treat the raw material gently, from the milling of the grapes through pressing, controlled fermentation to the training of the wines and filtration before bottling.
