About the winery
Elwine Velké Bílovice Winery is a small family winery that focuses on the production of high quality quality wines, with an emphasis on organic vineyard management and the cultivation of organic wine varieties such as Johanniter, Solaris, Hibernal, Souvignier gris or Cabernet Cortis, in addition to the classic varieties of Riesling, Sauvignon or Pinot Noir. We want to produce the best, tastiest and most perfect wines that our soil, our climate, our work and our passion for wine can provide.
From Velké Bílovice towards Čejkovice there is a village of wine cellars - Belegrady. The Elwine winery can be found in the middle of the Muškátová street, No. 125.

The production of mainly appellation wines from grapes grown in our own vineyards. Orientation to PIWI varieties and organic cultivation. Aging of red wines in oak and barrique barrels.
