Jaroslav Nešpor from Moravská Nová Ves continues the winemaking tradition of his ancestors, which is as old as winemaking in this village. The establishment of a professional company was preceded by a lifetime of winemaking practice, the input to the beginnings of Jaroslav Nešpor was the rich experience of his grandparents and two wine barrels from his grandfather, which he received for his eighteenth birthday. His enterprising grandmother added a piece of land and so the fresh graduate of the Secondary Agricultural Technical School in Strážnice planted his first vineyard in the early 1970s. Jaroslav Nešpor remembers the quarter of a century from his winemaking beginnings to the founding of his own company Podluží as a time of camaraderie among winemakers, when the cellar in Výmola was a place of convivial wine tasting, singing and shared joy of wine. His love for music, dancing and singing led the native of Moravská Nová Ves to the folklore association Břeclavan, where he is still a member of the Old Stars. The original cellar in Výmola from the 1930s, whose façade has retained the look and style of the traditional press rooms, is now part of a vast cellar labyrinth, the deepest part of which is crowned by a central rotunda-shaped space. The rotunda is connected by a connecting corridor to the cross cellar, where there is seating for about 50 people. The underground corridors open into a magnificent courtyard, which is entered through a gate decorated with oblate ornamentation. The tiered complex hides a spacious hall for the technological processing of grapes, a wine barn and a covered stage for cultural programs, seating for outdoor tastings, as well as accommodation on several levels according to customer requirements - from stylish country cottages to luxurious air-conditioned apartments.
