About the winery
The Kovář Winery is a small family winery in the picturesque village of Vlčnov in South Moravia, producing its wines on the very edge of the Slovácké subregion in a village famous for the colourful beauty of its costumes, winemaking and above all its customs and traditions. Our winery produces wines mainly from its own grapes hand-picked on the tracks in Vlčnov in the highest possible phenological quality. Only a small amount of wine is produced from carefully selected grapes from our long-standing suppliers from the Slovácko sub-region.

Speciality v nabídce
Our winery represents a return to the classic way of handcrafting wine and the gentle cultivation of vines in harmony with nature. The wines are particularly popular with private wine lovers and in high-end gastronomy. We focus on the production of distinctive small-batch wines. We intervene as little as possible in the actual production of the wine. The aim is to preserve the naturalness, terroir and vintage of the wines.
