A small Pavlovian family business based on the tradition of growing wine in Pavlov by our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers. We farm 2 hectares of vineyards, which are spread on Pavlovian tracks, where white wine varieties predominate. For wine lovers, we conduct guided tastings directly in the cellar. Passers-by can enjoy a glass of wine in our cellar in the semi-cross vaulted press room or outside in the garden with a pergola.
It is said that Pinot Noir came to us in the 14th century during the reign of Charles IV. However, the authenticity of this information has never been proven. In our country, it is grown in all wine-growing subregions, the most widespread is in the Velkopavlovice and Mikulov regions. Pinot Noir from the vicinity of Mělník, Litoměřice, in Moravia from the Bzenecko and Mutěnice regions are excellent.
