O vinařství
The history of the company dates back to the 1970s. Currently, we focus on the production of top quality bottled varietal wines mainly originating from the village of Pavlov. The production philosophy combines proven traditional winemaking practices with modern controlled fermentation techniques. We are a small family winery. We also run a family-run guesthouse and a farmhouse-type pension. Our motto is: "We make wine for the pleasure of ourselves and our customers".

Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
