Organic wine is not a fad, it's roots. Growing wine the way nature gave it to us. Not to fight poisons for higher yields, but to let only the best grapes ripen with humility. And the result? The variety comes from Burgundy, France. Chardonnay is an exceptional quality white wine and is widespread almost all over the world. We can also find it in all subregions, especially in the Mikulov, Slovácko or Mělnicko regions.
