The Trčka Winery continues a long family tradition of wine production that dates back to the 1930s. Currently, wine production is being carried out by František Trčka, who has planted new vineyards and gradually started to build a new cellar farm. We focus on the production of high quality wines produced with modern technology. Today, the Trčka family manages about 7 hectares of vineyards in the Kostice and tvrdonice cadastres, planted with a wide range of varieties.

The origin of the Blue Portugal variety is unknown but it certainly does not come from Portugal. In our country, it is actually grown everywhere, the most widespread is in Slovácko and Velkopavlovice. For example, in the Czech Republic there are great Blue Portugal wines in the Litoměřice, Roudnice or Čáslav regions, and in Moravia around Kyjov, Uherské Hradiště or Hodonín.
