We currently own 4 hectares of vineyards in the best wine routes in the village of Čejkovice. Wine production is based on modern technology. Selected lots of wines are aged in oak barrels. Everything is subordinated to the quality of the resulting wines. Organic cultivation of vineyards, low bush load, hand harvesting and gentle processing of grapes. The resulting wines bear the distinct signature of the Pastorek winery.
It is said that Pinot Noir came to us in the 14th century during the reign of Charles IV. However, the authenticity of this information has never been proven. In our country, it is grown in all wine-growing subregions, the most widespread is in the Velkopavlovice and Mikulov regions. Pinot Noir from the vicinity of Mělník, Litoměřice, in Moravia from the Bzenecko and Mutěnice regions are excellent.
