We are a small family winery located in the picturesque village of Hlohovec, situated in the very centre of the Lednice-Valtice area. We are the third generation of the Fabičov family, which has been in the winery since 1925. Currently, we are growing up the fourth generation, which is fully involved in the operation of the production and distribution of wine.

Sauvignon belongs among the most popular three white wines together with the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties. It is assumed that it comes from the French region of Bordeaux or from the Loire region. The most typical Sauvignons can be found in the Znojmo or Mikulov region.
