Celebration of young wines of Novosaldorf winemakers, which takes place every Saturday after St. Martin's Day (11.11.). From 14.00 to 15.00 a meeting with winemakers takes place at the historical press, where the Martin tradition is recalled - children from the local kindergarten sing songs about St. Martin, Martin arrives on horseback and the parish priest blesses the young wines. Afterwards, from 3 p.m., the local wine cellars open to visitors, where it is possible to taste young wines, both pure and at the stage of fermentation, until the evening.
