PALAVÍN Bavory was founded in 1997 on the foundations of the company Vinařství Št'astný in the village of Bavory, just below the Table Mountain of the Pálava Hills.The Palavín winery combines the uniqueness of the Agroproduct Ivaň vineyards and the Aebis vineyard line with the tradition and microclimate of the cellars below Pálava.
Základní charakteristika vína
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
