Tanzberg Mikulov Wine Company, a.s. was founded in 1999. The basic philosophy is to produce the most natural, high quality wines with the typical varietal character and freshness of the wines of the Mikulov wine sub-region. The aim is to continue the old and rich wine-making traditions in harmony with the use of cutting-edge modern technology.

Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
