Now we cultivate 2 ha of vineyards. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the White Carpathians in the village of Blatnice pod.Sv. Ant. The winery now consists of brothers Josef and Petr. We produce wines using the classic old method without the use of artificial yeasts or any chemistry and using modern equipment. Thanks to this, our wines have a unique character that reflects both the variety and the vintage and the amount of sun on the vineyard. The main grape varieties are Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Blue, Chardonnay and Zweigeltrebe. We are members of both the Blatnice Winegrowers Guild and the VOC Blatnice.
Pinot Blanc was formerly called Burgundy White. However, after the pressure of France to change the name, all these wines were renamed to Pinot, including the Burgundian whites. This variety is widespread in all six of our sub-areas, however, it can be found extensively in the Litoměřice and Slovácko regions, and it also achieves excellent results in the Znojmo and Mikulov regions.
