U Kostela Winery is a new brand on the Moravian wine map, building on the more than 500-year tradition of wine production in Polešovice. We produce a limited amount of specialty wines, where the main emphasis is on quality. With the help of modern technology and human experience, we produce wines that are elegant, full of fruity character, with panache and refinement.
