O vinařství

Kněží hora Winery, Bzenec "We don't make wines, we create them, and we do it with love - love for the land, for the vineyard, for the grapes, for the wine." The winery gets some of its raw materials from its own five-hectare vineyards and some from proven Moravian suppliers, so that it can bring the rich variety of aromas and flavours to its clients. The red wines are aged in French barriques in which suitable lots are left for at least 24 months. The wines can be tasted in the stylish cellar directly below Kněží hora or in the new "tasting room" in the Tyršova Street premises.
