Slightly different wines ... wines made without the use of other, albeit permitted, substances. The producer's intention is to make a wine that is as close to nature as possible. The emphasis is on the quality of the grapes and the terroir (the place of origin of the grapes). The owner Ing. Jiří Kopeček is a renowned expert who taught for 12 years at the Wine School in Valtice and now holds the position of President of the Wine Academy Valtice. On the occasion of the announcement of the Winemaker of the Year 2012, Ing. Jiří Kopeček was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his lifelong work for the Czech and Moravian wine industry.
