The SEDLÁK family winery is already in its fourth generation, dating back to 1918. The basic philosophy is to produce the most natural, high quality wines with the typical character and freshness of the wines of the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region. The aim is to continue the old and rich wine-making traditions in harmony with the use of modern technology.
Basic characteristics of wine
Veltlín Green is our most widespread variety and is grown on about 14% of the area of our vineyards. It is definitely worth trying Veltlín wine from the Znojmo, Mikulov or Velkopavlovice regions, and in Bohemia from Mělnicko, Roudnice or Most.
