About winemaker
The Skoupil winery is located in Velké Bílovice, in a part of the cellars called Belegrady. Since 2010 we have moved the winery into a multifunctional complex, where in one place you can find a modern winery, a restaurant with a capacity of 110 people and accommodation for 45 people.
Basic characteristics of wine
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
