The small family winery of Milan Nestarce grows grapes exclusively by natural methods and the same approach to processing grapes. The work in the vineyard is manual, which guarantees the highest quality of the resulting products. The winery's motto is: "Wine from grapes, nothing more." On 8 hectares planted with 40,000 bushes, grapes are matured into wines for everyday drinking, important occasions and for use in gastronomy.
The variety was bred by the director of the wine school in Klosterneuburg in Austria, Dr. F. Zweigelt in 1922 and its expansion to other countries was credited after the Second World War to Dr. Lenz Moser.
