In the heart of the picturesque Bečovo nad Teplou, a very special event will take place this year - the Moor's Wine and Food Festival, which is organized on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the discovery of the Reliquary of St. This historical monument, the second most important goldsmith's treasure in the Czech Republic, will become a symbol of a day full of flavours, music and a unique atmosphere.
What can visitors look forward to?
1. Stalls with wine and craft beer
Lovers of good drink will have the opportunity to taste the wines. Major wineries will showcase a wide range of wines from light white wines to full-bodied reds. Those interested in beers will be treated to a selection of craft brews from the region.
2. Gastronomic specialities and regional delicacies
The festival will also be a paradise for foodies. In addition to tasting local specialties, visitors can look forward to modern street food, sweet delicacies and vegetarian and vegan dishes. Everything will be prepared with an emphasis on quality and fresh ingredients.
3. Open tour of the castle
A unique opportunity to visit Bečov Castle and learn about the history of the St. Maurus reliquary. The themed tours of the "Treasures of Bečov" tour will take visitors through the story that has connected the past with the present of this place.
4. Music programme
During the day, a live band will perform, and in the evening a DJ will light up the atmosphere, bringing energy and joy to the nighttime Bečov.

Admission to the festival: free, however, drinks can only be purchased in original glasses available at the entrance to the event for 130 CZK.
