Derflan Young Wines is a neighborhood event of local winemakers from the Orchards. The tasting takes place right in their yards and cellars, without big operations and long speeches. Visitors taste wines shortly after fermentation and those already sitting on the lees. It is in the flavours and aromas that the future character of the vintage is made up. The differences are apparent at the first sip.

The format is simple and friendly. Admission is free, you only pay for what you have poured. A glass of your own is welcome, you can buy one on the spot for 50 CZK. The cellars tend to be cold, warm clothes come in handy. Autumn traditionally favours the reds, this is their moment.

The event will be attended by Medek Winery, Bečica & Juračka, Hron a spol., Víno Sedlář, Ivo Blahuš and Ondřej Balíček. Everyone works in their own way, they have in common handmade and calm approach. They also add a few bottles from previous years to the young wines, so you can clearly see where the wine can move in a year.
