The open cellars are located in the southern part of the village of Šitbořice. Most of the cellars were hand dug in sandstone and you will have the opportunity to look into them. You can buy admission on the day of the event directly at the ticket office and the tasting is by ticket. The ticket includes a tasting glass with the Šitbořice winemakers logo, an information leaflet with a map of the cellars and an identification band. The event will be accompanied by a dulcimer band and a marching accordionist. Expect also local specialties right at the cellars or central refreshments in the form of a barbecue.
