The fun educational format allows foodservice workers to meet with a focus on increasing the profitability of their operations through properly targeted selection of local wines, their presentation and, most importantly, their use in food pairing. It is designed for those in the catering team who want to work on the prestige of their businesses and offer customers not only quality wine but also an extra experience in the form of wine pairing.
