A popular event for visitors to Mikulov, which according to tradition takes place every Thursday at 7 p.m. in the historical pressing plant from 1848. Guided wine tasting with interpretation, introduction of typical and lesser-known varieties of Mikulov wine subregion.

The tasting is for all wine lovers who want to learn more about the history of grape growing, details of how wine is produced and tasted. 6 varieties of wine with a neutralizing bite (bread) are transported for tasting. By agreement, it is possible to expand with other wine varieties. The tasting also includes a tour of the cellar and wine archive.The tasting will take place in the Pazderek family winery, duration approx. 2 hours. For groups of 6 people or more, it is possible to arrange another tasting date.
