An experience that has flavour, soul and rhythm.
It's an evening when the world slows down. You're sitting under the open sky, the glass fogs up and the plate smells like the first course. Every detail - from the venue to the music - is fine-tuned to fit into the mosaic of a moment you'll never forget. We take inspiration from the Austrian tradition of open dining, but we're reimagining it in our own way. With an emphasis on the atmosphere of South Moravia, on authenticity, on the uniqueness of each location and each host.
It is not a conventional catering. It's not just about wine pairing. It is about an evening that is created for this specific place, time and guests. And it will not be repeated.
This year's first Dining in the Vineyards evening will take you to the chateau garden of Hotel Anton Florian - a place where history meets elegance. A long table set in white in the shade of a Japanese cranesbill, the largest of its kind in Central Europe, in a corner of the garden of Valtice Castle.
The three-course menu is prepared in collaboration with a selected chef, in tune with the region'swith local ingredients and the Great Wines of the Great Vineyards, the VVVV association based at the chateau. You will taste several wines with each course - which one you top up is up to you.
Tip: Give the gift of an evening among the vineyards - for an anniversary, as a thank you or just for fun.
Seating is limited to 30 guests.
