Seven-course menu served during the event:
Veal tartare with mushroom mayonnaise, chervil and crispy potato straw.
Beetroot cannelloni stuffed with fresh goat's cheese with cranberries and hazelnuts.
Slow braised pork cheeks with roasted root vegetables, potato-garlic puree and rosemary jus.
Roasted whitefish with pumpkin gnocchi and chive butter sauce.
Spinach dumplings with almonds, farmer's cheese and basil oil.
Nutty potato pastry puffs with prune ice cream and brown butter.
Crispy slices with yolk cream with sea buckthorn.
