Další popis

This year we will open the cellar to the general public on Saturday 25 April. You will see the premises of the monastery of St. Voršila and taste new wines from our production. The cellar, located below the monastery, will be freely accessible throughout the afternoon. In it you will learn about the history of the winery's operations as well as interesting soil views of the vineyards. In the afternoon, there will be a tour of the cellar management and the production of herbal extracts in the production facilities of the Apak estate in Seifert Orchards.

In the refectory of the monastery there will be a lecture by the unique Salome Khardzeishvili, a native Georgian with a distinctive charm, who was the first ever promoter of natural Georgian wines in the Czech Republic. Salome is undoubtedly the country's foremost connoisseur of wines produced in kvevri, regularly visiting the most interesting Georgian wineries.
