23rd National Show - CHEESE AND WINE
Prachatice 12 - 13 June 2026

We would like to inform you that the 21st Eno-gastronomic Fish and Wine Show will not be held this year.
The traditional parade - Cheese and Wine, will be held in the historical premises of the Old Town Hall - Town Hall Hall Hall, Town Hall Cellar and Arcade Courtyard, Velké náměstí 1, Prachatice.

MAIN PROGRAMME OF THE SHOWS
Presentation and tasting of cheeses, in conjunction with excellent wines

Friday 12.6.2026
10.00 - 14.00 - Opening ceremony - guests and professionals
17.00 - 22.00 - for the public
Saturday 13.6.2026
17.00 - 22.00 - for the public

National show - Cheese and wine:
The show will be attended mainly by Czech dairies that have won numerous awards for their excellent products, especially the KLASA quality label. A total of eleven dairies will be presented, including the GOLDSTEIG dairy from Bavaria. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste more than 50 types of premium quality cheese made from cow, goat and sheep milk.
Due to the absence of the Fish and Wine show this year, we will also prepare a number of cheese specialties - various types of spreads, salads and rolls.

Wines from Moravia and Bohemia:
More than 100 great wines from 30 wineries will be presented for food and wine pairing
from all over the Czech Republic. Most of the wines presented have won numerous awards at domestic
The wines have been awarded numerous prizes and awards at many international exhibitions.

ACCOMPANYING PROGRAMME
1. Cheese tasting with jams and marmalades
For the third time, you can taste cheeses with a combination of excellent jams and marmalades from Mrs. Jozefína Růžičková, who has won many awards for them at world competitions
2. Tasting of grilled cheeses
For the first time you can taste grilled cheeses, specifically some types of Sedlčany Hermelins
3. Music production
During the evening, the well-known vocal-instrumental ensemble Koko Koko Kolegyne will perform.
