The Open Cellar Day will take place on Saturday 21 June 2025 from 10.00 to 19.00. On the day of the event, the wine cellars will be open for visitors, where local winemakers will offer their wines for tasting. Refreshments will be served in the cellars and it will be possible to taste local specialities.
Tasting of at least 80 wine samples in the open cellars in Novosedly.

Offer from the accompanying programme and refreshments: performances by the Late Harvest Male Choir at each open cellar, winery tours, dulcimer music, dance entertainment, tour of the Novosedel rooster breeding, grilled kýgoulash, boiler goulash, starch specialities, Moravian culinary specialities, tastingnatural cheeses and fresh goat cheeses, grilled specialties and more.
