Part II of the oldest and most prestigious course of this type in the country. A two-week course leading to the "Sommelier" certificate, designed for specialized staff of catering, wine shops and wine merchants, but also for consumers who want to be educated in this field.
Theoretical teaching is supplemented by excursions to vineyards and wine businesses, wine tastings, practical demonstrations of wine service (56 hours).
