Lectures by educators, winemakers and wine experts on current issues of viticulture and winemaking with the aim of promoting quality Moravian wines. The symposium takes place from 3 pm as part of the Masaryk University University Wine Project and the award ceremony of the 19th University Wine 2020/2021 competition.
