The second level of the SOMMELIER study programme. The course is recommended as a follow-up to the course "Fundamentals of Sommeliering, Wine and Winemaking in the Czech Republic". The course deals with the issues of grape growing and wine production. The course includes a visit to a winery and a demonstration of grapevines.

The degree of the SOMMELIER study programme. The course is recommended as a návazný to the course „Základy sommelierství, vína a ví ČR“. The course deals withývá issues of growingání révy vé and výrobou vína. Theástí of the course is alsoávštion ofá viticulture´ and theázka révé. The lecturer úfrequentácourseámí with the most cultivated&scaron& ími varieties, including tasting of a total of 8 uniqueýwines. A significant part of the course is devoted to defects and diseases of grapes. With the help of practical exercises, the participants of the course are introduced to the most common defects and diseases of the body. Eachý student hasá online studyá readings with scripts and checká tests. The ú ú ú readings remain fully functional after the ú ú course is completed.
