We would like to invite you to this year's wine seminar - Yeasts and Wine, organized by EPS biotechnology, s.r.o. All important information regarding this event can be found in the attached program or on the website WWW.MORAVSKAKVASINKA.CZ
In the framework of this year's seminar you can look forward to lectures that, as the name suggests, combine two phenomena - Wine and Wine yeasts. Specifically, the topics are The Influence of Yeasts on the Aromatic Profile of Wines, The Importance of Yeast Lees in Wine Stabilization, Sect Yeasts, Yeast Selection, Nitrogen Management as an Effective Fermentation Management Tool and Application of Domestic Freeze-dried Yeast Preparations.
