About event

Approximately 400 samples of Burgundy wines produced by professional winemakers and evaluated by professional tasters in the Czech Republic. The champions will receive important awards, such as the JmK Governor's Award, the Mayor of Kyjov Award, the Czech Ambassador's Award, etc. The exhibition starts at 14.00.

The show concerns Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as cuvées and rosés of these varieties. At 3 p.m., the award ceremony will take place. From 4 p.m., dulcimer music will play, refreshments will be provided. The exhibition takes place in the sports hall of the Klavaň Gymnasium in Kyjov from 2 pm and is part of the Kyjov Summer Festival (folklore performances, costume parade, fair, etc.). It is organized by the Guild of Kyjov Winemakers.
