Thanks to the relaxed atmosphere and the presence of all winemakers who are members of the VOC MH, everyone will have the unique opportunity to pass on detailed information about the production processes of each wine that will be presented. Professional visitors can learn more about the VOC MH system and its benefits, which they can apply to their wineries or gastro businesses. Visitors from the general public will have the opportunity to meet VOC wine producers in person, establish business relationships and also get a real idea of what it takes to produce VOC certified wines. Of course there is the possibility of pairing with prepared foods, so this will also be part of the festival to convey to people the idea that great wine goes great with the right wine. The event will also be part of the Wine Region 2025 - May Wanderings around the Blue Mountains and the Blue Mountains Pecka & Meditrina Wine Competition.
